An absolutely gorgeous villa! The hosts are gracious, generous and very communicative—went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great vacation. The staff were wonderful! Recommend hiring the chef as well. The Villa has everything you need and is 2 minutes away from the beach. Having access to the Eden Roc Beach Club was a huge plus. We can’t wait to return!

The villa is beautiful! It has no lack of detail and you can tell that they have decorated it with great affection and good taste. The location is excellent, it has access to the best beach club in Cap Cana. In addition, the villa allows you to connect with nature for the tranquility of its surroundings. The pool area and in general all the common areas are perfect to share with family and friends. On the other hand, in the bedrooms we have enjoyed some incredibly comfortable beds (worth noting). Lastly, thank you to Silvia, the host, for her huge kindness and great treatment. Full attention and also gave us very good recommendations. Thank you so much for everything! The house far exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

The stay has been wonderful, from how well cared for the house is to the good treatment we received from the staff. Every detail of the house is very well thought out. Tastefully decorated and impeccable cleanliness. It is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the landscapes, it is close to the Eden Roc beach club that I recommend 100% and if you are a good golf player it is truly paradise. We have had the great pleasure of meeting many terrific hosts through the years, and yet, we can safely say that Andrea and Silvia are the most wonderful hosts we have ever encountered. Never have we benefitted from such partnership and kindness. Given that this was our first ever trip to the Dominican Republic, their responsiveness and personalized approach was very welcomed. It was an outstanding family trip and their home was a key ingredient. In addition: - Punta Espada is a world class golf course and should not be missed (thanks to the hosts for helping with tee times and discounted greens fee). - We loved the staff. - The Beach Club was gorgeous and everything one could hope for in rest and relaxation. - Our kids loved it (12, 16, and 18). - Everything was so close and desirable, that we did not need a rental car (the golf cart was perfect and all SCUBA and snorkeling activities involved professional driver services). We certainly hope to return in the future.

The house was great; just like in the pictures. Sylvia and her husband were very responsive and clear so that we knew what to expect. Whenever we had a question we could just call them and they would give us a recommendation. It was a great time, very accommodating to our request and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

This was one of the perfect get aways. The location was amazing, right on the beach, and resort with beautiful pools, restaurants and amenities. The house was clean, & spacious and everyone was rather nice and helpful. The house staff do live in however they are amazing. The house staff, we loved them because they made us breakfast everyday free of charge. They also were so helpful and stayed out of the way. The place was warm, the water was perfect. Luxury outside living. It is about 40mins from Punta Cana btw. But transportation is not expensive at all! It is rather beautiful. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Just returned from one of the best vacations ever. I did a ton of research looking for an easy family friendly tropical golf bday vacation and all signs let me to Punta Espada in Cap Cana. We were looking for the opposite of a mega all inclusive resort and wanted to stay somewhere nicer, more private and quieter with a good beach and access to a few great restaurants. We were so lucky to find Villa Daniela located inside the Eden Roc Resort at the southern end of Cap Cana which is a luxury gated resort community. Villa Daniela is spectacular in every way. Located just 200 yards away from the stunning Eden Roc breach club and facing the 11th fairway of Punta Espada Golf resort. The hosts of Villa Daniela, Andrea and Sylvia were unbelievably kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and we’re constantly in communication throughout our stay and recommended the best restaurants and even booked our golf tee times. The 2 live in housekeepers were also amazing and prepared breakfast for us each morning while making sure all rooms were cleaned each day. Villa Daniela is fully equipped with everything you could ever need with a beautiful pool and even a golf cart. The rooms were so well appointed and decorated. Eden Roc is a stunning resort with 4 amazing restaurants and a beautiful pool and private beach and is only a 15 min drive from the airport and really easy to get to. We loved our stay and can not wait to return again.
